CRSEF Financial Needs

Radiocarbon dating has been shown to give some meaningful results for specimens up to around 4000 years old, though its accuracy depends upon assumptions concerning past intensity of cosmic radiation, the earth magnetic field, concentration (and partial pressure) of Carbon dioxide and equilibrium between production and decay rates. These factors telescope all Radiocarbon dates into a biblical "short" time scale. More

Unfortunately, for creationists carbon dating is expensive and often subject to serious delays and errors of interpatation. Yet rightly understood carbon dating offers a tool that can be used to support a young earth. Sample preparation requires considerable technical skill and complex equipment, and prolonged counting may be required to obtain acceptable error values. Yet there are many problems in geology and archaeology whose investigation requires ages which need not be very precise provided they are reliable. CRSEF has a working lab able to assay a Carbon "date" on many different types of samples. One application Of this is testing organic compounds in the geologic strata to comfirm the sequence hypothesized by Guy Berthault’s explanation of the horizontal simultaneous deposition of the strata. This can be accomplished by dating coalified wood in the various levels of the strata. They should be of the same date if Guy Berthault is correct. The costs are great and we operate totally on a donation basis. If you belive in a recent creation we need your help.

Other Projects

CRSEF is also engaged in the search for human-like footprints in geologic strata. We would like to sponser field investigation into Flood geology and creation. The AlphaNOVA television program incurs some expenses and we would like to expand. We would like to offer more materials and develope our media resources. But we depend on you and the Creator to meet our needs.
